Firstly, you need to check with your company’s HR to see if your company is registered with HRDCorp. If yes, then your company’s HR can log into HRDCorp Etris to check if the training fund is enough or not. If the fund is enough then the company’s HR could proceed to search for the appropriate training course title/code to apply:
- Basic Electronics Troubleshooting and Repair (Level 1)- Training Program No/Code- 1000146163
- Advanced Electronics Troubleshooting and Repair (Level 2)- Training Program No/Code- 1000157219
- Higher Advanced Electronics Troubleshooting and Repair (Level 3)- Training Program No/Code- 1000146684
- Microelectronics Troubleshooting and Repair and Microsoldering (Level 4)- Training Program No/Code- 1000157222
Procedures To Apply For HRDCorp Fund For Training under (SBL-KHAS Scheme)
- Noahtech will give quotation, course content, training schedule and trainer’s profile to client/HR. Please contact us to get the relevant documents to apply for the courses.
- Clients/Employers (HR Dept) will log into HRDF Etris to search for the training course title.
- Apply for the course through Etris system and wait for approval (Clients/Employers need to submit Noahtech’s quotation, training schedule, course content and trainer’s profile). Usually it will takes between 24 to 48 hours for the grant to be approved unless there is a Query in which the Clients/Employers need to reply/answer.
- Once the grant is approved, Clients/Employers and Noahtech will receive grant letter (GL) from HRDCorp.
- Clients/Employers will send staff for training at Noahtech Training Center on the proposed date.
- Once the course is completed, Noahtech will send a Joint Declaration form (JD14 form) to Clients/Employers to be certified by managers or department head.
